In my opinion re-placing, out going Secretary of State, Hillary Clintion with another woman will help to keep diversity within the Obama Administration. It is not only possible to have a woman replace Hillary. It is supported by the voices of all women who voted for President Obama. They are continuing to put cracks in the glass ceiling.
