Santorum Only GOP Candidate Beating Obama, Rasmussen Daily Poll Finds

Just ahead of three more Republican nominating contests, a new poll -- a snapshot in time -- shows former U.S. Sen. Rick Santorum leading President Barack Obama in a one-on-one matchup.

The Rasmussen Reports Daily Presidential Tracking Poll for one day only -- Feb. 5. -- marks the first time Santorum has held a lead over Obama in potential matchups.

It’s a small lead for Santorum -- 1 percentage point, giving him a 45-44 percent edge over Obama.

Well Randy the headline was ....

Obama very likely to be reelected if trends continue

I think the key words there are very likely ....if the trend continues... True?

And to think, I thought he was just a pollster .... I didn't know he had ESP too ! (smiles)

Wish him luck. In the end it will galvanize Democrats and those Republicans who think a president is commander-in-chief and not pastor-in-chief. Obama wins 60-40%.

Interesting that Santorum just swept three states and has the least amount of money but have to agree that no matter who wins on the Republican side, I think President Obama will be re-elected even though I just voted for Santorum in Florida's recent election.

In my opinion President Obama is the best Man 4 the Job just like he was a little over 3 years ago.
