I have no issue with terrorists and enemy combatants being held at Gitmo, but do believe they are entitled to due process, which in many cases, should have happened long ago. It is high time to start holding trials and military tribunals for the "guests" of our Caribbean Fenced Inn, and if there is insufficient evidence to try them, send them on their way.
To have treated these detainees the way America should have would have shown the world we are a Great Nation. Instead we acted just like them and everyday are becoming more like them.
How come all these Constitutionalists are OK with Gitmo and denying people those rights we hold so dear?
Because the USA has become a two faced nation becaise we have two faced leaders.

One of Obama's campaign promises was to close Gitmo and end hostilities. After he was elected he kept Gitmo open and ramped up hostilities. For all his talk he still signed the extension to the Patriot Act and he did sign that awful unAmerican NDAA of 2012.
Talk about hypocricy.
Wanna bet he caves on the pipeline.
The UN is applying pressure 2 the wound. Let's hope the UN keep it hands on it long enough 2 leave a minor scar.
