My Daddy always told me "There is a Thief in Every Crowd". That includes the Military.
I was on Jury Duty once & this guy stole Life Jackets from the Naval Air Station. Life Jackets!!!
Whoever did this needs 2 start coughing these items up, so the other guys will get 2 go home 2 their families.
