I know these high power lawyers & multi-million dollar law-suits take years before they make it 2 court. But, if there has ever been a speedy trial this 1 should make the cut. These companies R getting away without anyone receiving any jail time. I don't believe they should be given authority over the time they will or will not appear in court.

It has been documented & stamped approved that all 3 parties R guilty as charged. What more do the courts need. Make them pay up & share the blame. ( period )
